Warranty Policy:
- Different warranties and rules apply to each product, which we mention in the product description or delivery time. This information is easily located in the product description or delivery details. Furthermore, for products under warranty, you can count on our commitment to resolving any issues within the established timeframe.
- Warranty will not apply if there is any problem due to customer error or device.
- We request you to know and understand the rules of each goods before buying the product. After purchasing the goods, any comments outside of the rules indicated in the product will not be acknowledged.
Provision of Warranty
- During the product warranty, we are available to assist you from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Time cooperation is required in such cases, as unfavourable circumstances may result in delays.
- We are committed to providing you with after-sales assistance if any product covered by warranty complies with the specified regulations. Furthermore, if it is difficult to understand, we offer (remote) support via (Teamviewer/Anydesk/Google Meet).
- We realise that a customer purchase subscription for their important tasks. For this reason, we constantly work to assist the client in any issue as quickly as we can. As this is an online subscription, there may be some delay in support under adverse circumstances. In this case, we take minimum 1 to maximum 24 hours. So the customer must acquire the product with that time and patience in mind.
Delivery
- As we are offering digital service, all our goods are delivered through email, messenger or WhatsApp. No separate delivery charge is required in this case. However, charges will apply for physical delivery goods.
- For the purpose of delivery (by email, messenger, telegram or WhatsApp), please enter the email address carefully; If the incorrect email address is provided anyway, you are welcome to contact us.
- Product delivery time may take minimum 1 to maximum 24 hours. In this case, you should know about the delivery time before ordering the product.
Order Cancellation or Replacement:
- You can only cancel the order if Egoodies fails to deliver your desired product after placing the order.
- If you want, you can get an alternative product as a replacement or a payment refund.
